I tried it for the first time and loved it. Staying here for 4 nights and had onsen for 3 nights. Their staff were very polite. They have branches in other cities. Will definitely come back again and highly recommended.

I was traveling for work and was so grateful to have found this hotel! There is wifi across the hotel, great little working desk in the room and also a nice onsen to relax in after a long day. It definitely perhaps catered to more salarymen, as a woman I appreciated some of the precautions they took to make women feel comfortable like having a key lock on the women's onsen door. The breakfast buffet was also delicious but there is also a family mart next door which is very convenient.

We also enjoyed the Onsen as well as the excellent breakfast buffet. Its location is great for the Dino Park and the temple.

Great location, restaurants and konbini near by. I believe was good for families too, because saw families with kids having a good time at onsen and breakfast. Next business travel, will stay here again.

Great location near the Tsuruga Train Station and very helpful staff. The complimentary ramen at night is restaurant quality.
