The room itself is super clean, cosy and bright (our room even had a balcony which was nice). The reception area is small but lovely. During opening hours, there is free coffee, tee and toiletries. We did not use the washing machines, but they looked very clean and well taken care of. The hotel is only a 5 minutes walk away from Nippori station in a calm street and shops as well as restaurants are close by. There is a fantastic Onsen just over the street. We had a great stay and would definitely come back again!

The room itself was small, as standard in Japan; however, the pressure in the shower is probably some of the best pressure I’ve ever had in any hotel. I felt safe and the hotel staff was friendly.
