The hotel is amazing, located near a subway station or 15 minutes walking to Dotonbori area, the location is also great because the hotel is not exactly on a main road so it's very quiet at night. The staff was exceptional providing us with everything we needed. The room is very clean and modern. The bed is exceptionally confortable, they provide you with all amenities you need (toothbrush, hair brush, razors, eye pads, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner etc.) I highly recommed staying here for as long as you need!

We had the Japanese King Suite with futons. Both, the bed and futons were comfortable. The room was spacious, had a very nice bathroom with separate toilet and the cleanliness was exceptional. Very quiet also. There was a coin operated washing machine and dryer as well that was very handy. The location was nice, authentic Japanese neighbourhood with walking distance to the main shopping street.

Wonderful location! We walked everywhere and it was the perfect place to come back to. The room was a great size and had everything we needed. The sake at night was a great was to start each evening. Breakfast was our favorite part - the selection was varied and fresh each morning. Would definitely recommend for people looking for something easy and central!

Great value for money hotel within easy walk to Kyoto station. There was also a local line just across the hotel which takes you to directly to Fushimi Inari and even to Osaka which was what we did! Easy and nice 30 minutes stroll along the river to Gion area. Comfortable lobby with complimentary beverages. Staff were friendly and polite too!

The hotel location was great! It was an easy walk to Kyoto station and to the Toji temple. We loved having some free snacks in the lobby, and the breakfast in the morning was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful; we highly recommend staying here!

Very good service, worth the price paid. Take care like family. When we are sick, they will find medicine for us. The owner also took us to buy food. They also brought their own car without charging us extra. They take good care of customers. If I have a chance, I will definitely come back.

The host was amazing, he helped me with my luggage and was incredibly attentive to my comfort. As a solo female traveler, I felt extremely safe throughout my stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Nara Park and other attractions. I highly recommend this hostel for anyone visiting Nara!
