As a vegan guest, the staff went above and beyond to help me make sure everything I eat is safe. I must say the short haired lady with glasses (sorry forgot her name) who speaks fluent English made me feel really at home. Thank you for the lovely experience.

The food was delicious and our tatami room and the bath were very cozy and pleasant.
