It was easy to check in and out. They allowed us to store our luggage for the day, even after we checked out. They also gave us a free drink ticket for each person.

The location couldn't have been better! Located close to Osu Shopping Street, with many eateries nearby. Plus, the Osu Kannon Station on the metro subway was just a 10-minute walk away, making travel around Nagoya super easy. There’s even a minimart near the station, which was perfect for grabbing quick snacks and essentials. Additionally, we loved the cute board on the wall in the room that provided information about interesting places nearby, including shops, restaurants, and other attractions. It was such a thoughtful touch and helped us discover some hidden gems in the area! What truly elevated our experience was the staff. They were incredibly polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was providing local recommendations or addressing our questions. It’s very kind and professional of the staffs and the manager at the reception desk to introduce us local information and introduce us an extraordinary restaurant which provides Hida beef. The view of the room is amazing too.

They even consider and prepare for our breakfast with muslim friendly menu. Theyre all sweet and lovely. My friend left her watch and they arrange to send back the item to us. Had a pleasant stay!
