It’s super busy but you don’t hear it (we are easy sleepers also) Staff is wonderful. Check in was funny as it is automated with staff on a screen that helps you through it. They offer the essentials (toothbrush, etc). Wifi is efficient. Luggage storage was easy. Size is bigger than the other rooms I had checked but comes with a higher price too. Bath and shower were clean and functional. Shower products were good quality.

Beds were very comfortable as well. Everything was great!

It was pretty cool to see a hotel, café, and art museum all in one. The art and overall aesthetic gave the place so much character. When comparing to other hotels in Japan, their rooms are very spacious, especially the bathroom. The facilities and amenities were complete, and the staff were hospitable and accommodating. I really feel like I got my money's worth, so I would definitely stay here again and even recommend this to others.

Some rooms feature a city view whereas other rooms feature views of Jingu Stadium. It was a beautiful hotel. The view from the room to the stadium wonderful. Big room, all you could need for. It required a bit of walking from the station but that was fine as the road was well paved and secured even at night. They have a family mart downstairs in the building, super convenient.
