They kindly helped us carry our luggage and assisted us with every question we had about transportation. The rooms were very clean and well organized.

They also offer laundry service that works great. Do not miss their chocolate store, is delicious! Location is great too! It is well connected and reachable from Shinkansen tracks and Airports. You’ll have to walk a lot to connect between stations, just as usual in Tokyo. Personal is great, they speak English and they’re very kind and attentive, they’ll help on any questions or needs you may have. The room was always clean and the bed was great to rest after a long day walking through Tokyo. I’ll be back for sure!
