A great choice for staying in Koyasan. We loved everything about this place. The staff were very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. We loved the meditation and morning ceremony. The location is great too. The dinner was amazing and the public bath was fantastic after a long day. Thank you for everything.

Guests are free to attend Buddhist morning services, the Goma fire ritual and meditation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eko-in. The whole experience was fantastic and we really enjoyed all of the activities offered by the temple staff. It was very clean and everything ran very smoothly. Would highly recommend the tour to the cemetery.

All the facilities were extremely clean, the onsen was comfortable and not crowded ( the temple is very small). All the personnel serving us were very nice and always ready to help.

Located in the sacred Mount Koya area, 高野山 宿坊 桜池院 -Koyasan Shukubo Yochiin- is a historic temple and an accommodation for visitors. Just to the left of entering sanmon gate, there is a stone garden created by the famous Mirei Shigemori and designated a natural monument by the Japanese government. The food was incredible and the morning ceremony very impressive.

Great ryukan , Best feeling to take a full rest here after days on a trail, Onsen water in this area is one of the best I have experienced in japan. Full course Dinner and Breakfast is just wonderful , Staff and service is amazing !!!
