Spacious for storing personal items. The bed was soft and nice. Very clean overall.

Check-in was very clear and detailed, and our room had a stunning view of the lake and Fuji — absolutely beautiful! The location was excellent, and the traditional Japanese breakfast was both delicious and a memorable experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and even felt a bit sad that we didn’t have an extra day there. Highly recommended!

Wearing yukata and going to the onsen was an amazing experience as well. Do yourself a favor and add on the breakfast when you arrive! It was so delicious.
