After a long journey from Washington, I was exhausted, but the meal provided was excellent, and I had a restful sleep in a wonderfully comfortable bed. Everything I needed was available, making my stay smooth and enjoyable. I also appreciate the assistance from both the hotel manager and the shuttle driver in helping me sort out a SIM card at the airport. Their support made a huge difference, and I am truly grateful.
