Breakfast always good and lots of it- staff very attentive & helpful, all friendly, hired kayaks to do 'the Kampot loop' - nature all around, sounds incredible day & night, great pool to cool off, very quiet when we stayed 5nights, so peaceful, tranquil & very relaxing. Would definitely recommend this resort, enough out of town to be away from noise bit few mins and couple dollars in tuktuk to all food & bars in town. The rooms are newly renovated and clean. The bed is very comfortable and clean. The bathroom is great and new. The shower was perfect. A feel-good shower with hot water, glass wall. The toilet is separated from the shower. The staff is very nice and the price is perfect. The location is also very central. You can do everything on foot. A lot of restaurants are around the corner and it is less than 5 minutes to walk to the river and the night market.

A very nice hotel that shares a common area with the Managne Residence and Managne Regency hotels. Green and beautiful territory, although not large. There is parking. Very friendly staff. We were checked into the room as soon as we arrived (at 11.30). The room is spacious, bright with comfortable and new furniture, decorated in a beautiful style. Wide bed, comfortable mattress. There is coffee, tea, a kettle, dishes, a refrigerator, air conditioning, bathrobes, soap, a toothbrush and toothpaste. There is a bathtub, hot water, a hairdryer, slippers. Good internet, a large TV with YouTube. A balcony with a view of the mountains (the room was on the third floor). There are also two swimming pools, a restaurant, a bar and a coffee shop with delicious coffee. You can rent a motorbike for $7 per day. They cleaned every day, the hotel was almost empty, so it was quiet and peaceful.The hotel is within walking distance (10 minutes) to the Kampot railway station, which was convenient for us, because we arrived by train.
