From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations — the incredible staff, the beautiful setting, the delicious food, and all the thoughtful touches that made our time here truly special. The staff were beyond helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. One standout moment was when they helped us plan a day trip to Angkor — not a simple task! They gave us detailed guidance on which buses to take and how to navigate everything, and thanks to them, our day went perfectly. One of the small but impactful highlights was the free drinking water provided by the hotel. In the heat of Southeast Asia, this was a lifesaver — and it also saved us quite a bit on bottled water. It’s such a thoughtful and eco-friendly gesture that we really appreciated. Now let’s talk about the breakfast — absolutely fabulous. Fresh fruit, a wide variety of options, great coffee — every morning felt like a treat. We also ended up dining at the hotel’s restaurant three times during our stay because the food was just that good. Each meal was flavorful, beautifully presented, and made with care. The hotel itself is in a wonderful area, with easy access to attractions, yet it still felt like a peaceful retreat. It honestly couldn’t have been better. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer. I can’t wait to come back, and I’ll be recommending the Pacific Hotel to everyone I know. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

A very pleasant hotel, excellent value for money! I rented a room with a window and planned to stay for a couple of days, but ended up staying for over a week. Great deal, everything within walking distance: shops, the market, the embankment. It's great that the hotel has an elevator—it's a real help! Good, stable Wi-Fi, clean rooms, and a comfortable, large bed.The room has everything you need for both short and long stays. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and comfy. The furniture is quite simple but that way you have lots of space. Also, the staffs were very friendly and provided free drinking water. There‘s a restaurant right at the reception area of the guesthouse and two lovely cats running around.
