Very helpful staff, organized our tickets to Don Det easily.

We spent 4 nights at the Riviera Champasak and we appreciated of course the river view, tha garden but the staff (in particular Mr T.) really makes the difference in terms of customer service. They were so careful to every single detail, always smiling and fast to accomodate any request. They arranged the tour (driver) at the 4000 islands 100$ and the airport transfer to Ubon (Thailand). A very positive feedback also for the restaurant. I really enjoyed the food (local and western). The rooms are basic but the river view is worthed. We also used the bycicles (for free) and we cycled to Champasak centre (around 4km) and they also organized a scooter for 140k kip. Thank you for the great experience. I

The breakfast is large and varied and good. We took a mid trip rest here for a couple of days and basically just hung out swimming and eating and sitting in the cold AC room doing nothing. This was a great place for that. The location is set aside by the river but walking distance to market and cafes, etc. the small restaurant to the right where the woman makes soup in a hot pot is great!
