The nearest airport is Bandaranaike International, 104 km from the accommodation, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. View, Location, Room, Architecture were all exceptional. Highly recommended. Short steep hill to climb to get to hotel, but that is what provides the wonderful lake view. Short walk to town and markets, and tooth temple a reasonable walk, also. Nice a la carte breakfast either Sri Lankan or western. Staff were all very nice and professional.

This thoughtful attention made us feel truly cared for and welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the villa was so peaceful. We had a great stay here. This place is brand new so the rooms are clean,bed is comfy and shower is great for a cheap price relative to what you get. They have a pool also, which is critical as sigiriya is very hot and you need to cool down sometimes. Breakfast had everything you need, The staff was very attentive and friendly. The location is good, not that far from the rocks and has restaurants in a walkable distance Wifi signal was a bit slow

It's very nice to relax at the pool or the balcony of your room. The rooms itself are also great, they are spacious and look nice. The staff is very helpful and available all the time. It's a nice place to be away from the crowded city center and with a tuktuk you easily visit the center. When you walk for 15-20 minutes downhill you will find a supermarket, bakery and other different stores.

He also took care of the transport and made sure that we got everything for the best price. Thanks to all the help we were able to fully relax and enjoy the trip. The food at the restaurant is very tasty and creatively presented. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and overlook a beautifully maintained garden. The staff is caring and very kind. Every day, the owner assisted us in having the best experiences in the area and recommended places to visit. He suggested locations for Ayurvedic massages and shopping. Highly recommend!

Clean rooms ( spotless ), AC works great , shower was great, grocery store was about 7 min away, enjoyed the breakfast and there staff were really helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended if you are planning to visit the town.
