The beds are big and very comfortable - showers are hot and the a/c is good. Rooms are super clean and big. GREATEST VIEW from the rooftop. And the best part is the staff and the owner. Everybody is so nice and kind. We loved to stay there and wish we could have stayed for longer :-)

The facilities exceed any expectation, you can do anything from barbecue to crocodile tours and a very analytical guide is provided to you. The staff is amazing and helped us all the day, providing us with everything needed! The rooms were super clean and had a modern design. We event extended our stay because we just couldn’t leave the hotel. Thank you for the experience ༺♡༻

The bed and breakfast has an outdoor pool and terrace, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. Chira and Gaya are just wonderful human being and the place is magic and perfectly entertained. Our host are very kind, more than respectful and always ready to help if needed. The place is perfect if you are looking for a quiet and natural place. The pool is a real plus even if I did not use it. Tips, Better to rent a bike if you want to visit the area beyond unawatuna. Ask Chira ;) Thank you very much for your hospitality and kindness. It was a great stay overall - the hotel is well maintained, the rooms are spacious and the staff very attentive. The location is perfect as it is a bit outside the busiest part of the town while you can easily walk there along the beach within 10 min. The pool is very nice and the restaurants serves delicious food to reasonable prices.
