The rooms have a flat-screen TV. Some units have views of the river or garden. Rooms have a private bathroom fitted with a shower. Everything was really nice. Good location near the beach and not so far from the airport. The room was big and clean, with all the needed facilities. The breakfast is very good and abundant.

We loved our stay here. The team led by Milan were kind friendly and courteous. Our room was extra large and the bed sublime. The pool area was cute and clean and a wonderful place to cool off. The gardens were lovely. We enjoyed being away from the chaos of Negombo town. Breakfast was exceptional. The very noisy air conditioner and ceiling fan were the only minor negatives.
