Set in Kandy, 800 metres from Bogambara Stadium, swp eco lodge offers air-conditioned rooms and a garden. Probably the best hotel we've been in Sri Lanka out of five hotels. They paid attention to all small details. The room and bathroom was clean, the staff attentive, the breakfast complete and tasty, the views are also quite nice, and honestly the building is super beautiful and modern. They also had everything possible in the minibar and the views from the balcony in the room were amazing. And the beds were super good and comfortable. Honestly a wonderful hotel!

The view from the room, restaurant, pool is just stunning. Room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I like the fact that you can use the pool anytime you want (night or early morning) so you can avoid any crowd.

Located in Kandy, 1.4 km from Kandy City Center Shopping Mall, Blue Pillars Kandy offers rooms with air conditioning. Nice place, quiet, close to the city center. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and very clean. The staff is very friendly and very service oriented. Since it was Sri Lankan new year, all shops and restaurants were closed in the city. They did not hesitate to help me arrange some food. I had a great time and highly recommend this place.

A tuk tuk to the city is quickly organized and only takes a few minutes. Clean rooms, a great bathroom and nice communal areas make the Gangula Villa a great place to stay. Particularly noteworthy is the helpfulness of the owner Dinesh, who helped us with the airport shuttle, train tickets and all other transportation. Many thanks again!

This was probably my favorite place in all of Sri Lanka (and we we're in Sri Lanka for over 3 weeks). The rooms were absolutely beautiful and the views were stunning & priceless. They had a gorgeous Infinity pool that overlooked the mountains. The staff were amazingly kind and helpful. There were only a couple of drawbacks. First it is very difficult to get from this property to Kandy. Cars and tuk tuks are very expensive and it is at least a 45 minute ride. Second, the infinity pool does not have any coverings and sits directly in the hot sun. They do have some small umbrellas you can use, but for most people it is simply too hot to enjoy the beautiful pool and views during the day. It's surprising as I don't think it would take too much to create a partial covering for the area. I must reiterate, however, that the property overall and the views are absolutely amazing. The food was also well prepared and well priced. If you stay here, I would highly recommend planning at least one day on the resort. You will be blown away by how beautiful and luxurious it is for the price!

The breakfast was very delicious and fresh every morning. The staff were so friendly and always made us feel welcome. The location is excellent — within walking distance to the Temple of the Tooth and Kandy city, making it very easy to explore. A great choice for a relaxing and convenient stay
