Biplan City has excellent location for business travel and the staff is really helpful. Rooms are large and nice - no elevator though but that's not a problem. Free parking in front and behind the house. Superb feature on Summer season is the tent in front of the house that serves as a summer terrace.

This is the biggest hotel in Daugavpils, definitely stay here again. Recommend to choose the business room.
