The way they treat guests is highly appreciable. Cleanliness is above anyone's expectations. Breakfast very good and Mohammed took very good personal care. It was real good value for money I paid.

The owner of the hotel is a married couple, they are kind and nice. They are truly service minded people: upgraded the room for free; helped ordering the food delivery at night; and sent us to Asilah authentic train station! We had nice memories there :)

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional from start to finish. They made me feel welcome and went out of their way to assist with anything I needed. Thanks to them, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I’ll definitely come back!

The hotel staffs were so nice and prepared some breakfast the night before so that we can pack and bring to the airport. :) We really appreciated their kindness.

If you want to take a good rest and the girls at the reception very nice and always smiling at the customers and the food is very delicious and I want to say thank you to Fatima ,Ferdwase and Fatima 2 thank you very much for everything see you next year.

Very kind and professional receptionist, and also helpful staff at (great) breakfast. Clean and comfortable room with good bed and shower.
