Location was just perfect, just by the beach. The hotel is new, modern and very clean. The staff was also very helpfull. We had a room overlooking the beach and the evening promenade.

Situated in Utjeha and only 100 metres from Utjeha Small Beach, Villa Perla features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. With mountain views, this accommodation provides a terrace. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage space and currency exchange for guests. The villa is very clean, bright and comfortable. The owners Sado and Serveta are so kind, friendly and helpful. The owners stay at the villa so are always there if you need anything. I was given fresh towels and bed linen during my stay. The shower is powerful and there is always a hot water supply. The kitchen area has all the utensils required. There is a useful clothes drying rack with pegs from the balcony. The views from the terrace are spectacular. The area is quiet and peaceful with a wonderful space opposite the villa where you can relax on sun loungers. There are steps going into the sea from there where you can swim and snorkel in the crystal clear water. There is a small beach close by and a larger beach a five minute walk away where there are more people and good restaurants. The sunsets are the best I have ever seen. I would definitely stay at Villa Perla again if I was lucky enough to return.

The owner was incredibly helpful, arranging transportation from the airport to the hotel, which made our arrival stress-free. Our wonderful housekeeper, Ema, was super friendly and always ready to assist us. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable summer vacation!

The modern Villa Antivari has Spanish ceramic floors and is decorated with cherry-coloured furniture, creating a bright and elegant ambiance. It was a nice location, great staff, very good breakfast, clean ☺️
