All units are modernly furnished and air-conditioned. Friendly host. We were on the first floor, in the middle (the entry is opposite the balcony).The property was great, and quiet at night. Very close to the beach (3 minutes walk). The bed was great. Everything needed for a short stay was available. We used a lot the balcony, for breakfast and diner. Everything is available for drying your beach material. The air conditioning is a bonus to get a little bit of freshness. The location is great for visiting the bay of Kotor. It was perfect !!

I especially appreciated the warm hospitality and family-like atmosphere. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect balance of comfort, great service, and authentic Montenegrin hospitality. Definitely a place I would love to return to!

Roman Mosaics is 25 km from the apartment and Sub City Shopping Centre is 40 km away. Perfect solution for my 5 members family. Clean, comfortable, everything in the apartment completely functional, kind neighborhood, near the beautiful Old Town of Herceg Novi, near the beach, even the view to the open sea.. I can say this arrangement is better than 'best buy' qualification. Thanks
