The hotel is has great location right next to the beach, with plenty of restaurants and a couple of grocery stores nearby. The rooms are very clean and well maintained, with new amenities. Our room included a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, air conditioner in every room. Wifi is reliable. A crib and high chair were kindly provided for our 2-year-old. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and the views were absolutely stunning. We couldn’t recommend it more!

The host was extremely kind and helpful, always there on the spot to assist us with anything we needed. You can tell he puts a lot of effort into keeping everything clean and well-maintained, from the garden to the hallways, and especially the room, which smelled amazing and was spotless down to the smallest detail. He also gave us great recommendations for food and beaches.

Sea Gate - Main Entrance is 21 km away and Saint Sava Church is 22 km from the guest house. Great location, we could walk to Old Town and Mogren Beach. The room was clean and neat, the kitchen was enough for two with adequate appliances and items. The host was very kind and helpful.

We could even check-in in earlier, when our bus arrived much earlier in Budva (the villa is in walking distance to the bus station). We enjoyed the cosy and beautiful design of the place and totally recommend it!

We were greeted with great hospitality and supported in any needs or questions that arose throughout the stay - they are great! It is wonderful for families with children. I would return to this property again, I recommend it.
