Chantauvent Guest House is situated on the beachfront in Pointe d’ Esny. Free WiFi is available in the public areas. The local is great in the edge of blue bay. We stayed twice and the room our last two nights was an incredible suite with a large balcony and sea views.

Kindly note that, commencing 01 October 2025, the Government of Mauritius will introduce a tourist fee of €3 per person per night for hotel stays. Children under 12 will be exempt. We enjoyed staying at this small cozy resort. Our bungalow was just a few steps from the beach, and we could see the beautiful sunset ev evening from our porch. The staff at Astroea is fantastic - everybody deserves the highest grade. We are looking forward for another visit to this outstanding place.

I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the apartment feel like a home away from home. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great accommodation experience—without any hesitation!
