The rooms are clean, and there’s a small but well-equipped gym with a treadmill, bike, elliptical, and some dumbbells. Breakfast is nice, though I wish they had ketchup! Secure parking is available. The security guard was especially helpful, friendly, and spoke English. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk didn’t speak English, but she was still very kind and welcoming. Overall, a great stay.

Rooms are clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend Hotel Ocho Barrios if you're coming to San Cristobal de las Casas and would definitely stay here again! We decided to stay an extra 2 nights.

The city centre is only a 5-minute walk away, while the city’s main bus station is 1 km away. It was such a great experience. The rooms are modest but comfy and have everything you need. The power shower was great too. The breakfast is super good. And the best is the staff attention. I was solo travelling and they really made me feel at home. I had a fantastic time in San Cris and I’ll definitely go back.
