They had just received and started installing new split air conditioners. The hotel is located very close to a metro and bus stations. Highly recommended this hotel!

Also within walking distance of the Frida Kahlo museum and much of the rest of Coyoacán, including the nice Viveros park. Pharmacy downstairs and an Oxxo a few blocks south (on the same side of Insurgentes), which was very convenient.

Both Alex & Diego spoke good English and were very professional. Breakfast was very good . Full use of kitchen if we wished and tea / coffee making available all day. Lovely private garden at rear . Location very good . Unfortunately we were only spending one night there before returning home. Would definitely go back there if ever visiting Mexico City again.

Wonderful room with sunny terrace in a green patio, room design reminiscent of the Blue House. Would definitely stay there again.
