The owner and his staff are very nice people. When we came, they gave us a lemonade for the entire family and hot hand towels. A very little detail, but it says a lot about how this business is managed. They do care. We felt like at home and it was a very nice and relaxing stay. The beach is great, kitesurfing school, a mini restaurant with a great cook. In general one of the best accommodations/experiences we had in few years. Nice work guys! Very much appreciated.

She gave us so much, more than tips and made our stay amazing! The place is a great opportunity to detach from one’s affairs and connect with nature and yourself!

The owner Alejandro and the staff were so nice, helpful when needed, always respectful and with the best attitude. Close to many plazas, restaurants, museums, shopping and other nice places just walking, no need for busses or taxis. It includes hot breakfast: fruit, bread, coffee, orange juice and a selection of eggs, omelettes or chilaquiles. Definitely we will return.

Back to La Piazzetta for the second time and it was the best decision during our roadtrip in the Yucatan Peninsula! I remembered Piazzetta being a family-owned hotel in a beautiful setting with traditional rooms, lovely views and welcoming people! Our stay exceeded my expectations! We were welcomed by Leo (the owner) and it immediately felt we came back to visit old friends! Leo helped us and gave us recommendations of what not to be missed that same evening and the day after, restaurant options and must-do's! The room was big enough for four people (we were with three) and it had all the needed amenities! Perfectly clean and comfortable. We highly appreciated the coffee/juice/brioche mini breakfast offered the morning after, the help with carrying the luggage and the attention to details. We were quite sad we only booked for 1 night but it's definitely a place I would be returning in the future! Still lots to see in the area and such a beautiful welcoming place does make the whole experience much much better!

Hotel San Miguel ligger i Progreso, 28 km fra Gran Museo del Mundo Maya og 29 km fra Yucatán Siglo XXI Kongrescenter. Staff very professional and nice. Loved the suite. Pury gave us a tour information and recommended good places to eat and visit. Walking distance to Malecon, Poseidon and Museo del meteorito. Thank you ladies for sure coming back 🥳⛱️🌴
