Breakfast was buffet-style, so we were able to choose what we wanted, and the staff were quick to assist us when we made a request for our son. Our 2-year-old had a blast seeing the cute cats. The staff and owner also responded sincerely to our requests regarding the room, which made us very happy and impressed. Overall, it was excellent.

The check-in was delayed due to housekeeping, but other than that, everything in the room was well-provided, including the toilet, air-conditioner, and amenities such as toothbrush, towel, and drinking water. I had booked a river-facing room, although it's not exactly a direct river view; the room faces the hotel’s parking lot, with the river visible beyond that (attached the pic from my room). The breakfast was also enjoyable, with a satisfying selection of nasi lemak, char koew teow, bread, and porridge. Overall, no complaints, it was a good stay. The staff was also friendly.
