View from the balcony was better than the pictures. Staff were incredibly friendly and happy to help. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service at certain times of day to the main town center (including bus station drop off/pick up) which was very helpful, as were the free water refill stations (filtered water). Breakfast had a good choice & was tasty. Easy to book day tours if you were interested. Nugget & Oreo were also a wonderful bonus to our stay.

The check-in was delayed due to housekeeping, but other than that, everything in the room was well-provided, including the toilet, air-conditioner, and amenities such as toothbrush, towel, and drinking water. I had booked a river-facing room, although it's not exactly a direct river view; the room faces the hotel’s parking lot, with the river visible beyond that (attached the pic from my room). The breakfast was also enjoyable, with a satisfying selection of nasi lemak, char koew teow, bread, and porridge. Overall, no complaints, it was a good stay. The staff was also friendly.
