She gave us to free upgrade family room and room is a very clean and comfortable with all amenities such as TV microwave even gas cookers. Special note We have initiatially booked for 2 nights and after suddenly we have to cancelled next day booking but Ms hidaya helped us to refund full payment after proceed cancellation through booking.com Excellent stay and customer service 😀👍 Highly recommend.
