This place exceeded my expectations. It’s a boutique hotel but very modern and the room I was given was very cozy and nice. Staff was friendly tho the manager Farida had an attitude the first day but she redeemed herself the next day. Staff was prompt in responding to requests and very courteous. Located in the heart of Victoria island, it was very easy to get uber and bolt. The security guards were awesome and very kind too (thank you for assisting me to wash my car). Would definitely come back and I highly recommend. Kitchen staff may need more training. The two people I encountered were rude. Overall great Stay.

I will not hesitate to stay at this hotel again when I return to Nigeria.

The Receptionist on duty (DIANA)when I arrived was very professional , incredibly welcoming, attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, very comfortable and customer service was topnotch. The hotel had a relaxing atmosphere with a serene pool area and the staff in general were friendly with great altitude. I will highly recommend PRESKEN HOTEL RESIDENCE to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Ikeja Lagos.

The facilities were great, the food was good, and the room design really stood out to me, you can tell a lot of thought went into maintaining a consistent and stylish aesthetic. Overall, this hotel is a huge value for your money. I highly recommend staying here; you definitely won’t regret it.
