The staff doesn’t speak much English, but we don’t speak any Spanish so we can’t hold it against them. We just google translated everything. The staff is incredibly nice, and they helped set up our transport. With this I mean that we told them where we wanted to go and they told us to relax and the taxi showed up, put our stuff in the back and brought us to the bus stop and made sure we got on the right bus. Rooms are big and very clean, hot water is available. They also gave us bottles of water everyday. Breakfast is very good and the setting is really relaxing. Also they have airconditioning. There were no mosquitos in our room, so that was also nice. The property is gated, so if you want to go in or out, they have to unlock the gate for you. This felt very safe! At night there is always someone present at the front desk. We loved our stay, and so will you!

We booked the junior suite which was really beautiful. Unfortunately we ordered food (not from the Hotel) and got immediately food poisoned. The hotel stuff was really friendly gave us a lot of water and even called a doctor and nurse that visited us. Highly can recommend the stay!
