The Baron Crown, situated in Den Helder a 15-minute walk from the beach, offers free Wi-Fi. The elegant rooms have a seating area with a flat-screen TV. Nice big room and bathroom. Good location for exploring local attractions. Breakfast was great and the host very accommodating and attentive.

We were so looking forward to returning to the accommodation which we had previously thoroughly enjoyed and we were not disappointed. The business is now being run by the next generation! Everything met our expectations - it was just super so we liked absolutely everything. We certainly hope to return - and not leave it for another 13 years!

Boutique hotel Villa Trompenberg is a fully self-service hotel situated in a park-like area in Hilversum, 1.5 km from the centre. Villa Trompenberg offers free Wi-Fi and free parking. The hotel is actually a large house, very well maintained with a classic design. There is a lot of privacy, in fact I occasionally heard staff or other residents, but apart from breakfast hours I didn't see anyone. The rooms are very comfortable, from the shower to the bed, the courtyard is beautiful, and the only staff member I met was lovely. Recommended experience, I will definitely be back.
