Hotel Armitage and Conference Centre is located just a 3-minute walk from Tauranga city centre and 10 minutes' walk from the beautiful beaches of Mount Maunganui. Breakfast, location, clean rooms, policy of guests being quiet. We did not get rooms close to each other but we booked last minute and staff was friendly and explained that we got the last two rooms so all good.

Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Great location, 2 min walk to the beach. Very quiet location.
