Easy walk to town. Bed was comfortable and had plenty of layers to suit temperature. Fan was a life saver in the bedroom as it got a bit warm. Kitchen was nice though we didn’t use it as we were only there for a night. Overall would definitely stay there again though there was a sold sign out front so not sure how much longer it will be available?

Boasting a garden, Four Peaks Motel is set in Geraldine. This 3-star motel offers free WiFi. Rooms include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Rooms were extremely cosy with top-notch cleanliness. We’ve been in NZ for two weeks and this was by far the nicest place we stayed. Very spacious with good facilities. John was also very warm and welcoming. Perfect place to recharge for the next long drive ahead.

Years apart. The location is great, everything we need is there. The property manager’s made everything easy.

Situated 5 km from AMI Stadium in Christchurch, Racecourse Hotel and Motor Lodge features free WiFi access and free private parking. We arrived abit later then expected (after closing time) but was absolutely relieved with the after hours care and privacy. great stay, love the setup and uber'ed dinner straight to our door 😍
