We particularly liked the spaciousness of the room and the location, just one road back from the lakefront, but with a nice wee walkway literally just opposite connecting to the lake. The bed was very comfortable ,and the kitchen had everything we would have wanted and even a small fridge/freezer (to re-freeze our icepacks). We know the property had a laundry but we did not need it. The owners/staff were super friendly as well. We would definatley consider staying here again if we head back to Te Anau.

Te Anau Manapouri Lake Hotel is located in the heart of Fiordland, just 15 minutes' drive from Te Anau. It offer free parking. All rooms feature views of Lake Manapouri. We needed a place to stay and clean up from days in the Campervan and a long day at Milford Sound. It was perfect for that.

The room was well appointed and very comfortable. Check in and out was simple and they even supplied milk for morning coffee. The price point is extremely affordable. Would stay again when in the area.
