Very clean room and bathroom facilities, owner was super helpful and very good hospitality. Was able to advise on nearby recommendations and help us out with any issues we had. Also checkin process for late night is super easy, very useful for those arriving late in the day.

Lovely clean place, the workers there were lovely. The place was comfortable, clean and tidy. Upon arrival we were given complimentary pool tickets and restaurant vouchers absolutely awesome value.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Close proximity to restaurants. Had streaming channels too.

At Kowhai Motel Rotorua, you can find yourself relaxing in one of 2 natural hot mineral pools or in the 10-metre heated swimming pool. Really exceeded our expectations! The owner is so friendly and helpful in providing the transportation and discounted tickets for us. The facilities are good and the rooms are comfortable. The kids also enjoyed the hot spring pool. If you travel without driving own car, highly recommend staying at this place
