Super quiet and tranquil and the owners are lovely. After 8pm the spa is for guests only so super quiet, I had the whole spa to myself most of the evening! The queen room had a rustic feel but also super luxurious and comfortable. Everything very clean. The cats are delightful too, super affectionate and love attention. This is probably my favourite place I’ve ever stayed, I came from being on the road in a small van for a while and a night here was just a luxurious break from van life. Highly recommend

Patons Rock Beach Villas is a 3-star property located in Takaka. This villa offers air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. The villa also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Beautiful garden and surrounds - we relaxed and spent time in the sun. The rooms at Terraced Chalets feature a queen bed , sofa bed , kitchenette equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and a cozy dining area. Crockery and cooking appliances are provided. Each chalet has flat-screen satellite TV and a private balcony. Delighted to be returning for our third visit. Well designed and comfortable chalet with newly refitted kitchen. The Beach apartments are set in a row of pohutakawa trees right on the beachfront. Each apartment comprises a hallway, bathroom, open plan kitchen/dining/lounge, master bedroom, twin bedroom and deck. All Linen is provided Was nice and close to the beach, quiet area, very comfortable cabin.

Set in a 3-acre wide garden, the Motueka Garden Motel offers an outdoor pool, barbecue facilities and free on-site parking. It is within a 5-minute drive of Motueka District Museum and the Motueka Golf Link. Host was very nice.. it was a rainy evening so he lent us a DVD player to watch movies.. Place was very clean and exceeded expectations

The area is popular for golfing and cycling, and free use of bicycles is available at this 3-star holiday home. After a day of fishing, hiking or walking tours, guests can relax in the shared lounge area. What amazing hosts, what an amazing location. We arrived for an incredibly sad reason but this stay made things so much better. Lenient hosts, warm fire with wood, wonderful gardens and comfy beds. Thank you so much again xxxx

Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. Guests can have a drink at the bar. This hostel was better than I expected. It is not really a party place as some comments I have read suggested. I liked the kitchen and the outside area and that there was enough space in the room for everyone's luggage.
