Tui Oaks Motel offers free Wi-Fi and is just 5 minutes’ walk from Taupo town centre. All accommodation includes satellite TV, and most have panoramic Lake Taupo views. The location was great, not far from the town centre & great views of the lake. Peaceful setting too , tuis could be seen & heard. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Located in the Tongariro National Park, The Park Hotel Ruapehu offers affordable accommodation in a stunning alpine setting. Guests are provided with free parking and 500MB of free WiFi. We really loved the family rooms - they were warm despite the cold temperatures. The hot water systems (i.e. the showers) were excellent. Finding the hotel and accessing the car park was also very easy. The restaurant (the spiral) also served very high quality food. The cost of the rooms was outstanding value for money.

Situated in a quiet location off the main highway in National Park Village, Adventure Lodge and Motel is family-run accommodation offering free unlimited Wi-Fi access and a comfortable guest lounge... The best thing about this place are the people there. Gillian and John were kindness personified. Gillian offered to come pick me up from the train station and guided me well when the tour I had book was cancelled, helping me complete my trek. The packed lunch, their breakfast options and spa pool after a hard day of climbing were all perfect. Highly recommend this place for the warmth and affection of the hosts.

Featuring private hot mineral pools that are free and exclusive for guests, Rainbow Motel & Hot Pools offers spacious self-catering units with central heating, fully equipped kitchens and TVs with DVD... The hot pools, which run 24/7 were awesome and very warm. Three out of four pools were operating during our stay and they can be locked, so they become private pools. When we went for a bath in a pool after dinner, only one was occupied. Rooms were very clean and heating was turned on since it was already a bit chilly outside.
