The combination of the incredible view, the luxury of your own (nicely private) pool, the very comfortable room, and the wonderfully kind and attentive staff made this one of my favourite hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The resort is not quite finished yet but this doesn’t impact your stay in any meaningful way. Being so close to the wadi means you can get there easily with ease and have it entirely to yourself for hours (which we did on a week day, from around 8 to 11). This is a very special place. Put it on your wish list for sure!

The Best Western Sur is located in the picturesque city of Sur, famous as an old fishing village and traditional manufacturer of dhows. Good hotel outside the city center with parking space restaurant and bar. The room is big and confortable with a lot of space and a big bath. Continental breakfast perfect and we try also the buffet dinner very good. Staff kind and helpfull. Swimming pool open until late evening and also gym zone.

Super OYO 110 Ras Al Hadd Guest House is located in Al Ḩadd, 27 km from Sur. Each room at this guest house is air conditioned and has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Great value for money. Amazing staff, very kind and always eager to assist.
