Guests enjoy free internet. Very friendly staff, helpful, close to the center, good facilities, clean room. I would recommend. Overall very good conditions for the price.

Airport shuttle is available. The hotel staff was incredibly kind. We appreciated their care in arranging a boat trip and massages for us. Their attention to detail was commendable. The location was great, and the Mayas restaurant at the hotel added an extra layer of enjoyment to our experience.
