The staff at the front desk were VERY helpful, the security guard was also very kind and helpful as well. The room was so comfortable, we slept very well. The AC worked great which was good because it was very hot and humid outside. The shower was also perfect, great temperature and water pressure. I would definitely stay here again.

I’ve even got a pleasant talk with Kuya guard as he used to work in Manila and know my town. Although I’ve experienced a small issue with my Wi-fi (I’m staying at 5th flr.) which was resolved quickly after a technical reboot. They also have a family room to accommodate big groups so I think this hotel can cater different types of group. Before I forgot, my room was upgraded to double deluxe without any charge so I am very happy with that. Thank you!
