Each room is fitted with a terrace with pool views. The staff were wonderful. The rooms were clean and perfectly positioned poolside. The breakfast and dinners were delicious. The best part for me was the upstairs chill area , somewhere to escape if the sun gets too hot or the rain comes over, I read my book up there and was so chilled and comfortable, the owner kindly brought me a free coffee over too which was a lovely touch.

Situated in Boracay, 400 metres from D'Mall and 600 metres from Boracay White Beach, Ferra Hotel and Garden Suites boasts a rooftop pool bar along with an outdoor swimming pool, an on-site restaurant and free WiFi throughout the property. The front desk and housekeeping staff were so friendly and nice . I would choose to stay at the Ferra Hotel if I come back to Boracay.. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room very clean, and the bathroom spotless — definitely a 10 out of 10. There’s also a hair dryer available, which is always a nice bonus. The hotel has a restaurant with very affordable prices, and the food is absolutely delicious. What truly stood out was the service. The staff is incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful. To be honest, it was the best customer service I’ve experienced during my entire trip in the Philippines. The owner makes you feel right at home, and you can tell everything here is done with love and care. The whole team deserves a thousand stars! Staying here is definitely worth it — it’s accessible, cozy, and full of heart. I highly recommend it!
