Staff was great, but did not speak much english -- not an issue as google translate took care of that --all just part of the experience. Restaurant was also able to produce a really good dinner, so can recommend to try that. Good location with a nice view of the lake from the terrace. plenty of parking on the property. We rented bikes next door and biked around the lake -- great ~40k route.

The hotel doesn't have a swimming pool or saunas, but I was aware of that, and it wasn't a problem for me to use those amenities in the hotel next door.
