Staff is very friendly and professional, especially Ukrainian men at the restaurant. The location wasn’t excellent for us, as we were skiing ~35 minutes drive away, but managed it. Its depends what are you off for.

Foluszowy Potok is situated in a residential area of Zakopane, an 8-minute walk away from Krupówki Street. It is 1.2 km from Zakopane Aqua Park and 2 km from Kasprowy Wierch cable car. Its a great location, the restaurant and breakfast food that we had was delicious, especially when for included breakfast we could order hot food as-well! The staff was great and gave us all the information that we needed. The coziness of this hotel is 10/10.

Located in the popular Tatra Mountain resort of Zakopane, Residence Bambi Boutique offers rooms with free WiFi and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Free private parking is possible on site. Family friendly hotel with nice atmosphere. The playroom is bigger than it seems from the pictures, the pool and the table football are free, there's also a communal microwave. The kids always found some other kids to play with in the evenings. We were in a deluxe room, it's spacious with a big balcony and the kid's room is well separated. Breakfast is good overall, and we didn't have to wait for anything even when the hotel seemed to be full. Cozy.

The breakfast was the best I've ever had. They prepare a new type of food everyday, the Mexican breakfast was a top notch. Also sauna and outside jacuzzi was amazing and the view on the mountains of course too!

Everything in general, the location was great about one minute in the center the famous road, rooms were clean and the stuff was great, breakfast area was clean. The housekeeper caring alot about cleaning.

The young gentleman in reception is very helpful. As foreigners new to this country, he helps us with kindness and patience.

It was clean, food was good, didn't have any issues during my stay. Regarding the location it's a really nice place to stay.
