Hotel Os Moinhos is located in São Jorge Island, with views over the highest mountain in Portugal, sited in nearby Pico Island. the grounds and views were amazing! nicely kept hotel rooms too.

It was just great. Very beautiful and comfy room with the sea view. We also got a free upgrade of the room because of our honeymoon. Amazing breakfast, all the staff was very nice and helpful too. If we will be back on the island we would definitely come back to this hotel.

A lot of details everywhere in the house. The kitchen was very well equipped. Tea and coffee were free. The mattress was comfortable and the shower hot with nice water pressure. There are lockers in the dorm to store your stuff. The Hostel is operated by a mother and her son. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Very good value for money! One of the best places I've been too.

Located over Angra Bay, this hotel offers air-conditioned rooms and is situated 150 metres from the centre of Angra do Heroísmo. The restaurant’s balcony offers views of the marina and Monte Brasil. The breakfast was good. The hotel location is exceptional: it is located just some metres from the ocean and at the same time it is very central. Great place if you are keen on water sports or exploration of the area.
