Hotel Os Moinhos is located in São Jorge Island, with views over the highest mountain in Portugal, sited in nearby Pico Island. We loved the comfort, the silence, the view, the staff (very helpful, run by a family), and the restaurant had the best food of the island.

It’s a very nice hostel, nicely renovated and decorated, nice rooms and bathrooms, lounge area, kitchen. Everything you need! The lady who welcomed me was very nice! The location is also good, close to the port, walking distance to anything you need.

Neat Hotel Avenida provides accommodation in Ponta Delgada near Portas da Cidade and Santuario Nossa Senhora da Esperanca. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a private... Good hotel, a bit overpriced like most in Azores (supply vs demand). Nice clean room, all satisfactory.

Located over Angra Bay, this hotel offers air-conditioned rooms and is situated 150 metres from the centre of Angra do Heroísmo. The restaurant’s balcony offers views of the marina and Monte Brasil. The breakfast was good. The hotel location is exceptional: it is located just some metres from the ocean and at the same time it is very central. Great place if you are keen on water sports or exploration of the area.
