The Chiado historical area is a 5-minute drive while the equally well-known Rossio is a 6-minute drive away. The Lisbon city centre is a 10-minute walk and features plenty of shops, boutiques and cafés for guests to choose from. It is a 5-minute drive from Bairro Alto, Lisbon’s foremost nighttime hotspot. The Bocage Museum is a 4-minute walk. Amazingly accommodating, friendly staff. The building and interior is very charming. Breakfast was perfect. Wonderful location - close to wine bars, restaurants, coffees. Fourth time in Lisbon - Perfect stay for us, will stay again.

This hotel features uniquely decorated rooms on Alegria Square. Renovated in 2016, the Hotel boasts a Romantic-style décor, with authentic Portuguese antiques. It is a 3-minute walk from Avenida Metro Station and from Avenida da Liberdade's trendy shops. A small, friendly hotel just a little on the quirky side. Our family had 3 different grades of rooms and all were large and comfortable. Quiet location but very central to walk everywhere. We enjoyed the coffee kiosk outside in the garden. Lovely staff and great that the chef kept bringing out cakes for people in the reception area!

Guests can also walk to the centre through the picturesque Park Edward VII. Everything was good. The only thing there is a noise coming from the bathroom that can be a bit annoying

Each room comes with a balcony with views of the city. It felt like one of the best bookings we have done so far in our years of travel, a perfect modern-looking hotel, with good amenities, and was a very good deal. Most of all we would visit the hotel again only for the friendly and welcoming service we received from the staff, especially the young receptionist.
