I was lucky enough to stay at the hotel when they were celebrating their birthday and got a free room upgrade, overlooking the main square, what a nice first impression! :) The room itself was very spacious, tidy and cleaned well every day! Super convenient location to explore the city centre on foot, especially if you want to avoid climbing more hills on you way back to the hotel in the evening.

No breakfast provided in the cost of the room but there were some free snacks at the reception which was appreciated. Extremely polite and helpful staff. Right in the heart of old city and literally a few steps away from Metro which makes it great for early morning departures to airport.

Room was large, bed was more than double in size and very very comfortable. There is a small wardrobe, desk, mirror, a table with an a-m-a-z-i-n-g view to enjoy coffee/tee. The cleaning staff were doing fantastic job, room was spotless every day, bravo! Honestly, one of the best hotels we have been to for exactly the right price. The reception and breakfast staff were simply doing a great job, bravo to all. Informative, helpful, patient, we appreciate you all. The hotel is right next to metro and bus stops, and next to hop-on/off buses. Really, the location and convenience to move around from this hotel was a gem: not in the center with all the touristic craziness and just right at edge of center to feel the city vibes. Breakfast was great value, very tasty and with lots of variety. Overall, it was the best stay we had in recent years.

The location is very central and well placed for exploring. The staff are friendly and helpful and go above and beyond. The rooms are lovely - the bed was comfortable and the shower was great . Everything is very clean and the breakfast was good with lots of choice. The complementary Portuguese custard tarts were delicious and a nice touch. I plan on coming back and would definitely stay here again.

The Casa de São Mamede is a small hotel sited in a renovated 17th century building. The unit is centrally located in Lisbon and has the Rato Metro Station at a 4-minute walking distance. Clean, great location.. Staff was absolutely lovely! Extremely serviceable with any concerns or needs. Free Breakfast was great. Hotel acknowledged my birthday and gifted me a bottle of champagne and small gift.. very thoughtful ABSOLUTELY A GREAT DEAL!!

Monte Belvedere by Shiadu is in the heart of Lisbon and offers air-conditioned rooms, some featuring river views. São Bento Palace, the Chiado Museum and Santos Railway Station are within 1 km. Great hotel we loved everything: the room, breakfast, the rooftop, the design and especially the service. Special thanks to Pedro from reception, he was so kind and helpful.

The location overlooking the placa is wonderful, a high level of comfort in the room, fantastic breakfast, very good food with the convenience of fast room service. All the staff are extremely kind and helpful.

Hotel Príncipe Lisboa provides contemporary rooms with LED TV's and minibar, just 500 metres from the Museu Calouste Gulbenkian. It is conveniently situated in front of São Sebastião Metro Station. Excellent location, close to the metro (one of the entrances which leads to the red line going to the airport is right in front of the hotel), close to Corte di Inglez department store, 10min walk from Marques do Pombal square (where many hop on/hop off tours start). Rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast rich with various types of food. There are also several good restaurants within walking distance.

The location is literally perfect and the check in was so lovely and smooth. We were welcomed with port wine and local pastries.
