Hampton by Hilton Cluj-Napoca is situated close to the city's business centers, at a 10-minute walk from the Old Town and a 10-minute drive from Cluj-Napoca International Airport. Room was clean and modern. It's about a 10min walk to the old town. Breakfast was also good and offered a lot of options. Free parking in their parking garage.

The property is new and very modern. The owner and manager Fabian is amazing. He loves the property and is extremely knowledgeable about the surrounding area. If your are looking to just relax thst is great but if your want to explore the area he knows all the great locations and trails. The area is being modernized, but many of the locals only speak Romanian. Fabian however is fluent in english (and perhaps other languages) and is always willing to help translate. He even relayed my dinner orders to a local restaurant, so when I arrived the food was already made and the transaction was easy and smooth. Overall my stay at Tiarra mountain lodge was a wonderful experience and a highlight of my time in Romania.

I had a very pleasant experience during my stay. I especially want to mention the person who answers the phone — very polite and responsive, helped me with a request, for which I’m truly grateful. It’s always nice when you feel that guests are being taken care of. The room matches the photos, it’s clean, cozy, and nicely renovated — everything you need for a comfortable stay.
