This family-owned Ystad hotel, dating back to the 1800s, is next to Stortorget Square and 150 metres from the train station. It offers free Wi-Fi and a furnished terrace. Everything was excellent! One of the best stays of our trip. Everything within a short walk.

This family-run hotel is just 5 minutes’ walk from Simrishamn Train Station. A beautiful rose garden, private parking for a fee and bicycle rentals are available on site. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is located in the very center of Simrishamn.

The family-owned Anno 1793 Sekelgården is housed in a 17th-century building in central Ystad. I wanted to stay in a typical building and the hotel was the perfect spot for me, I loved it, and the room wasso big, the bathroom as well, it was so great to experiment this. On the way to our room,we passed the garden which lookedso pleasant, but we didnt have time to sit there with a book. The owner was very nice and friendly, he let us drop our bags as we arrived early from Malmö and we came back at 3.30pm for check in. Breakfast was wonderful, there was even herring, so swedish we were delighted! We cannot recommend enough this place!

When entering the room, or in our case the two bedroom apartment, we had a feeling that we are not in a hotel but in a home. This place is anything but a standard hotel which are similar to each other. The appartment was spacious and had everything we needed and more. The wifi worked well and the TV is big and modern. The couch for watching is comfortable. A plus for the big fridge. The room was silent and it was possible to make it completely dark, which we liked much. Breakfast is in the cafeteria next doors, the selection was good. The hotel is very well located next on the pedestrian area. Everything necessary is within the walking distance. No noisy bars in the vicinity, so the room is quiet. Check-in and check-out were handled electronically for us without any problems. For sure, I will check this place again when I return to Ystad.

Great place to choose if you stay in Scania. Fantastic host! very kind, help in everything. This hotel is in the Österlen village of Kivik, just 300 metres from a sandy beach. It provides free WiFi access, a restaurant, and a neo-Renaissance garden. Great location, with a beautiful garden and sea view. It was relatively empty (dead week just before midsummer) and we enjoyed the calm of the place. The restaurant and breakfast was fine. The room (Villa Emiliero superior 32) was old fashioned with a perfect view. Bed was very confortable. We recommend strongly to visit Ystad and to go to JH matbar. One of best food experience we had in Sweden (very inexpensive comparing to similar venue in Stockholm)
